Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our online self-services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Use of the Service

a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

1. Payment Deadline

a. Payment is due within days from the date of the invoice.

2. Late Payment

a. No payments will be received after the due date and automaticaly system will drop booked space.
b. Only full payment will be received for specific invoice.

3. Payment Methods

a. Payments can be made via Accepted Payment Methods specified on Customer Invoice.
b. Bank transfer details must be field correctly as specified in customer invoice

4. Disputed Invoices

a. Any disputes regarding the invoice must be communicated in writing within 1 to 2 days from the date of Invoice generation

3. User Content

a. You retain ownership of any content you submit.
b. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice for any violation of these terms.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our service.
